My Wellness Centre was originally Abundant Life Naturopath Centre, established by Mavis in 1998. In 2009 Mavis was joined by daughter Liz and in 2012 by daughter Rose to make up this Family Practice. Our philosophy is that the body has the ability to heal itself. We provide all our clients with simple and easy to use tools to help them do that.
